Bluestone Clinical provides individualized telehealth therapy for adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the demands of high-functioning lives. Many clients are not in crisis but find that the pace and demands of life have become difficult to sustain. Internally, however, the pace, expectations, or pressure to hold everything together begins to feel unsustainable. Therapy offers a place to step out of that pattern, to slow down, and to gain clarity about what is working and what is not. From there, the focus shifts toward building something more sustainable.
CLINICAL APPROACH
My work is grounded in evidence-based care, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, schema and trauma informed practices. Sessions are structured, but not rigid—allowing space for reflection while maintaining a clear focus on applying what is discussed. Insight is important, but it is only useful if it leads to change. The process is collaborative, direct, and oriented toward progress that can be felt outside of the session.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
With over a decade of experience across multiple mental health roles, including therapist, counselor, and coach, I provide focused, high-quality care designed to help clients create meaningful, lasting change. I offer telehealth therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, stress, and life transitions. Much of my work centers on individuals who appear high functioning externally but feel internally overwhelmed, often experiencing overthinking, intrusive thoughts, difficulty following through, or a sense of being responsible for everything around them.
My work has involved supporting clients through both acute challenges and longer-standing patterns, particularly the gap between understanding what’s happening and actually being able to change it. I tend to work best with individuals who are thoughtful, self-aware, and motivated for growth, but feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Therapy is structured and collaborative, with a focus on building consistency, improving emotional regulation, and creating changes that are realistic and sustainable over time.
My approach integrates evidence-based care, including CBT and DBT, with trauma-informed and insight-oriented modalities such as schema-informed work, psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing. The goal is not only to increase insight, but to translate that insight into meaningful shifts in behavior, relationships, and overall quality of life.
PHILOSOPHY OF CARE
Therapy should be supportive, but it should also move things forward. There is value in having space to
process, and there is equal value in having direction. Over time, the goal is not only to understand patterns, but to shift them in a way that feels steady and realistic. This approach is best suited for individuals who are ready to engage in that process and are looking for something more intentional than a passive or open-ended experience.

I work primarily with adults who are managing full, demanding lives and navigating periods of transition or internal pressure. Many are used to holding things together externally, even when something internally feels off balance. Clients are often looking for a focused, personalized experience, one that respects their time, maintains discretion, and leads to meaningful, lasting change.

Investment & Insurance
Bluestone Clinical is a private-pay practice designed to offer a more thoughtful, individualized approach to care. By working outside of traditional insurance constraints, treatment can remain focused, flexible, and tailored to your specific needs.
Session Fee
The standard fee is $225 per 50-minute session.
Out-of-Network Benefits
While Bluestone Clinical is not in-network with most insurance plans, many clients choose to use their out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement. Documentation can be provided to support this process.
Insurance Options
While the practice primarily operates on a private-pay basis, services may be accessible through select insurance plans via partner platforms, depending on availability. This allows for flexibility while maintaining a high standard of care.
