BLUESTONE CLINICAL

Bluestone Clinical provides individualized telehealth therapy for adults in Connecticut, Florida, and Texas. I work with people navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, and the demands of high-stress or high-functioning lives. You may appear capable on the outside while privately struggling with overthinking, emotional exhaustion, intrusive thoughts, difficulty following through, or the pressure to hold everything together. Therapy provides space to slow down, understand what is keeping you stuck, and begin creating changes that feel realistic and sustainable.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND | LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience across clinical, counseling, and coaching roles. I work primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, stress, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My professional background also includes more than 11 years of experience in first-responder and other high-stress environments. This experience has given me an understanding of chronic stress, demanding responsibilities, difficult decisions, and the pressure to continue functioning when there is little time or space to process what you are carrying.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND | ABOUT ME

Outside of my clinical work, I have been married for over 20 years and am a parent of two teenagers. Our family also includes a tuxedo cat, an Australian Shepherd, and a rabbit. I enjoy traveling, reading, listening to music, and taking walks. Having lived and spent meaningful time in different regions of the United States, as well as the Caribbean and parts of Europe, I have developed an appreciation for the ways that family, culture, geography, identity, and life experience shape how people understand themselves and navigate the world.

CLINICAL APPROACH

My approach is collaborative, practical, and individualized. Sessions balance reflection with strategies that can be applied outside of therapy, helping insight translate into meaningful change in daily life. Depending on your needs, my work may draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, ERP, schema- and trauma-informed care.  My clinical perspective is also informed by lived experience navigating major life transitions, family and relationship changes, chronic health challenges, pregnancy loss and fertility struggles, parenting neurodivergent children, and working for over a decade in high-stress first-responder environments. These experiences inform my empathy and perspective while allowing your individual experiences, needs, and goals to remain at the center of therapy.
